therapy for the hard, meaningful, and deeply human parts of life

Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, or a season of transition, therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what’s been hard to carry alone.

My work is relational, experiential, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up fully as ourselves.

Individual Therapy

I primarily offer in-person therapy for adults in Nashville, TN, with my office located in the Berry Hill area. Virtual sessions are also available throughout Tennessee and Vermont.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and deeply human. Together, we make space for the parts of your story that feel overwhelming, painful, confusing, tender, or hard to hold alone.

Some sessions may feel reflective and grounding. Others may involve laughter, grief, insight, curiosity, or sitting together in the middle of uncertainty. All of it belongs here.

I integrate approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodrama, Breathwork, and Relational Therapy to help clients move beyond simply talking about their experiences and toward actually understanding and processing them.

Psychodrama Group Therapy

I can't say enough good things about the power of group. My most favorite part about group work is the seeing and being seen that takes place. Bearing witness to the work of others challenges you to see yourself and your parts through a more compassionate, curious lens. And, you do that in connection with other humans. It's magical!

Psychodrama is a structured form of therapy in which a person dramatizes a personal problem or conflict, usually in front of a group of other therapy participants. The other participants usually take part in the drama, though each performance focuses on a single person’s concerns.

Benefits of psychodrama therapy include:

  • helping a person work through trauma

  • providing a safe outlet for painful emotions

  • managing grief

  • improving emotional intelligence and awareness

  • fostering empathy

  • offering a path to navigate conflict

  • providing an outlet for working through relationship issues, especially when a person cannot do so in the context of a relationship (such as when a loved one has died or is abusive)

  • help in reducing feelings of isolation and improving overall well-being.

Trauma-Informed Workshops

I offer experiential workshops designed to create space for deeper reflection, connection, growth, and healing. These workshops often incorporate psychodrama, creativity, relational support, and experiential exercises in ways that invite people to engage themselves and their stories more deeply.

Workshops for Therapists

Workshops designed for therapists seeking deeper self-awareness, connection, and experiential learning. These spaces integrate psychodrama, reflection, and creativity to support both personal and professional growth.

Workshops for Clients

These workshops offer a more immersive, short-term therapeutic experience for individuals seeking deeper connection, insight, and healing. Similar to group therapy, these spaces invite participants into reflection, experiential exercises, relational support, and meaningful shared experiences in a condensed format.

Breathwork

Sometimes there are things we understand intellectually but haven't quite felt, processed, or released.

Breathwork offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and connect with yourself in a deeper way. I guide individuals through conscious connected breathing techniques that can support emotional processing, self-discovery, insight, and healing.

While words can be incredibly powerful, some experiences live beyond language. Breathwork can create space to access emotions, patterns, and inner wisdom that may feel difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone.

I offer Breathwork as part of individual therapy, as a standalone service, and through group experiences designed to foster reflection, connection, and healing.

If you're interested in learning more about Breathwork and whether it might be a supportive part of your healing journey, I'd love to connect. Reach out below to learn more.
