a space to be seen, supported, and heal through it all.
Therapy for trauma, relationships, and life transitions in Nashville, TN + virtual in Tennessee & Vermont.
hi, i’m emily!
I didn’t find my way into this work by accident. Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced a lot of hard and a lot of hope along the way.
My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens in relationship. I’m not here to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with what you already carry within you.
I offer client centered, trauma-informed care that integrates approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodrama, and Breathwork to help you not just talk about your experiences, but actually understand, process, and heal from them.

other ways I can support you
Group Therapy
A space for adult women to experientially explore their stories, relationships, and inner world. Facilitated alongside Rebecca Wilson, LPC-MHSP, our groups use Psychodrama, reflection, and relational support to help participants bring past traumas and deeply painful narratives to the surface and heal them in relationship with others.
Workshops
Therapist workshops and client workshops are designed for those seeking deeper self-awareness, connection, and experiential learning.
These spaces integrate psychodrama, reflection, and creativity to support both personal and professional growth.
Breathwork
Guided breathwork experiences that create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and process emotions in a more embodied way.
These groups offer an opportunity for grounding, release, curiosity, and deeper connection to your inner world.
Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
-
Not at all. Many people begin therapy because something feels heavy, overwhelming, disconnected, or hard to navigate alone, even if they don’t have the “right” words for it yet. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning.

Yes. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations for individuals wanting to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
Therapy Approach
-
My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I integrate approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodrama, breathwork, and relational therapy to help clients move beyond simply talking about their experiences and toward more meaningful understanding, processing, and healing.
-
Together, we may laugh, cry, curse, sit quietly, get curious, talk through hard things, notice patterns, process grief, or simply make space for what has felt difficult to carry alone. I strive to create a space where people feel safe, seen, and known - where you can trust that its okay to show up honestly without needing to perform or have everything perfectly figured out. I deeply believe people have the ability to heal themselves. I see it in humans every single day. Sometimes all it takes is just a little bit of professional guidance and support to get through this difficult time in your life. I trust you. I believe you. And, I’m here for you.
